All members and families attendance and assistance at this major event would be greatly appreciated!
There is something all ages abilities can lend a hand with.

Once again we will be participating in the parade as well as the Get Active Expo.

The parade participants need to be in full uniform/club gear and meet on High Street (details to follow) at 9am.
Some participants will travel in open vehicles, other walking alongside. Parent volunteers will be required to supervise our young participants. Colt our club mascot will also be attending and will require a body!
The theme of the parade this year is “I belong. A celebration of Community”……a sentiment MHC strongly upholds.

The Get Active Expo runs from 12 until 5pm, we will also need help setting up our site.

The festival is the club’s most successful recruitment event, so all hands on deck would be much appreciated!
The day is also a great opportunity for us to give back to council and support such a fun community event.

Volunteers will be required to help run and participate in mini games, show the basic skills, and most of all have fun.

All volunteers MUST wear club tops please.

The day always seems to have weather extremes – hot and windy or freezing cold, so please dress appropriately. Please be sun smart and wear hats and sunscreen and bring along plenty to drink.
